June Updates

Hello Residents,

Can you believe it’s already June?

We would like to share a few important community updates:

Trash Chute Closure

The trash chute has been closed until further notice. This decision was not made lightly. Over an extended period, the Association has experienced continued misuse of the trash chute system despite previous reminders and notices regarding proper disposal procedures.

Repeated violations have resulted in operational disruptions, sanitation concerns, and increased costs to the Association. After reviewing the ongoing issues, the Board determined that temporarily closing the trash chute is necessary to prevent further damage and ensure waste is handled properly.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to address these concerns.

Additional Security Locks

At the most recent Board meeting, the Board approved the installation of four additional security locks on the lower-level entry doors. The vendor has ordered the required materials and will coordinate installation once they arrive.

We will provide additional updates as they become available.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. We hope you are enjoying the start of summer and wish you a safe and enjoyable season.
